Typically, we collect a security deposit equivalent to 2 months of rent. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay, subject to our fair exit policy.
Yes! We offer virtual tours via video calls if you are unable to visit in person. Just book a slot and our manager will guide you through the property.
Utility policies vary by property. Generally, water is included while electricity is charged based on your actual consumption (sub-metered). Details are provided in the rent agreement.
